Inspection Policies

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Bookings not confirmed within this timeframe may be cancelled and subject to a cancellation fee.
If the inspection is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
We do not offer “defer to closing” payment options.
Payment forms accepted are cash, check, ACH, and card.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the release of the inspection report.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled inspection start time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total inspection cost.
This policy reflects the time, staffing, and scheduling commitments reserved for the project. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the retained portion of the inspection fee.
